Beautiful set of pics man! Like the old 3.0 D&D style before the 'kiffed the whole feel of the game for 4.0. Organic, natural and well drawn. I like the watch. It's added the hook I was looking for to add to a campaign setting.

Now, a bit of history if you please, or at least a clarification to make your life simpler... I watch Dr. Who, but I've never seen him use a watch. Does it actually hold his soul or something?

And Thank you very much for these journal pages and the idea. :D

<Goes off to read the journal about the journal... >

I really love how you drew the watch! The writing is very lovely! I enjoy the old feel to it and how you added your own style to it! I have been wondering are you going to actually male a journal out of it?

Well, all these drawings are in one sketchbook, so it already is a journal, I guess, lol. But if you're asking whether I'm gonna make any copies, the answer would be no. :bucktooth:

Weird... that looks EXACTLY like a pocket watch on my dresser... nah, I'm sure it's nothing. It doesn't even open.

Thank you! This is my favourite kind of comment. :P It shows that you're able to look past the subject matter and see the artwork. I mostly have to deal with mindless fangirling these days, so I really appreciate that.

ahhh I love journal book style artwork. DaVinci naturally comes to mind for me first, but then I'd love to have a real peek into the Dr's journal. Your view of it is excellent. I popped over after seeing your fellow friend and artist suggest it on her page (Nicolien aka Cataclysm-X). Definately a great pair of artists the two of you- >clicking< another +watch for sure.

gorgeous. simply gorgeous. I've been saying to my bf that of the items in the show, the two I'd want the most are River's journal and the watch (which, incidentally, I thought was called a foG watch, not a foB watch... any clue on how to verify which it is?)

Thank you!

Verify which one is the correct word? :bucktooth: Um, the synonym for 'pocket watch' is most definitely 'fob watch'. Any dictionary will tell you that. The pocket where the watch is kept and the chain that is attached to the timepiece are both called 'fob', hence the name.

ahhh. learn something new everyday! I never heard that term before, and it just sounded like fog watch to me.

Four words:
Exquisite
Pretty
Incredible
Clever (I was about to say Canny but I read that the Scottish meaning of canny ain't so flattering :bucktooth: and yeah, this is a lot more than 4 words but you get my point :D *gives you point* ...)

I love this! You know, I'm not sure if I ever told you this or not, but this is basically what my big super secret project was when I was doing the Stuff of Legend ink dawings. I was creating a book that invovled just the Doctor and Rose. I love yours though. Your book has come out so much better than mine ever would've! This is gorgeous! I'm looking foward to the next piece in this series. Can't wait!
